Mahnaz Mehrinfar is managing partner with extensive experience in international and cross-border legal matters. Her practice centers on foreign investment and aviation, while also covering international relations, oil and gas, joint ventures, mining, telecommunication projects, supply, distribution and complex international commercial contracts.

 Mahnaz received her L.L.B in Political Science from Faculty of Law, University of Tehran and obtained her LL.M in International Relations from the same institution. She pursued further academic studies at the American University of Human Science and holds a Ph.D. in Law.

 Her doctoral research, in scope of “Foreign Investment in Iran,” provides a comprehensive analysis of FIPPA and its implementing regulations. She has authored and contributed to numerous publications in both Iranian and international legal journals. Her work on foreign investment has also appeared in the book “Trade Law in the Globalization Era.”

 She brings a distinguished professional background at Iran Air from 1975 to 2000, having served as Head of Foreign Legal Claims at Iran Air. Alongside her practice, she has maintained an academic profile, teaching Air Law and Legal Texts at the Central Faculty of Law, Azad University of Tehran.

Since 2000, she has been active in private practice at an international law office and has contributed to World Bank surveys since 2011.
